PAYMENT
Payment is required upfront unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. A credit card processing fee will apply to all orders over $2,500.00.
Standard Service
Production timelines are listed at the bottom of each item listing and begin once payment and final proof approval are received.
Rush Service
Need it fast? Rush service may be available depending on our production schedule and will incur an additional fee. Be sure to check the rush box when requesting a quote or email us at hello@leswag.shop with "RUSH" in the subject line. Rush services will require waiving the proofing process.
PICK UP & SHIPPING
For those who are local, feel free to swing by and grab your swag! For our friends further out, just request a quote, and we’ll get you the best freight rates to deliver your goodies straight to you.
CANCELED
ORDERS
Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee based on materials and labor already committed.
COPYRIGHT
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal rights or license to reproduce it. If our team flags an issue, you may be required to provide proof of ownership before production can proceed.
